Natural process coffee is a more traditional method where no machinery or water is used. This coffee from Sidamo Bombe' is made from well-selected, ripe cherries. The cherry is floated to remove low quality cherries, then they are dried on elevated on African beds for 3 to 6 weeks. The cherries are finally hulled and sorted prior to export. This natural processing method ensures a cup that is full-bodied, smooth, and balanced with sweet notes of ripe cherry.
