Our Sidamo Chire coffee is processed from ripest coffee cherries to produce a great well balanced coffee. The Chire Washing Station located near the river Hamile in the village of Balo in the southern region of Ethiopia. This mill collects coffee cherries from small farmers in the surrounding area. It has a rich, full body (mouthfeel), sweet and complex flavor, low acidity, floral aroma, and a finish that is bright and balanced.
